Great news—our first batch of solar panels is officially on its way to our Derril Water site! This is a big milestone for the project.
About half the panels (36,000 of the 67,000) are now being shipped. The panels (or ‘modules’) are currently onboard the CMA CGM Sorbonne, a ship bound for France. If all goes well, it will dock in Southampton on 10 August. The panels will then continue their onward journey towards our solar park in Devon.
