We now have a waiting list for new clients
Since opening our doors to the Pets of York in May 2019, we have registered over 3000 clients.
Due to an ever-growing workload, waiting times for consultations and procedures have steadily increased.
We want to ensure that all the animals under our care get the timely treatment they need, appropriate for their illness or condition.
Until we can increase our capacity to see more patients without compromising our clinical standards, we will, unfortunately, until further notice, put all future new client registration requests on a waiting list.
Prospective clients will be contacted as soon as we can reasonably fit them in for an initial consultation.
We will still be available to all our existing clients as usual, and to any new pets they may wish to add to their account.
