The surgery

Our surgery is designed with easy access for all in mind. It has a ramped access from the car park into the building. Both the main entrance door, internal lobby door, designated consult room door and restroom door have a clear opening suitable for wheelchair users and the route to the reception area/desk is level. The restroom is accessible for wheelchair users,  has plenty of space, grab bars, and a low washbasin.

Clients using wheelchairs would be directed by the reception staff to Consultation Room 1, which has a suitable clear opening. In addition, the reception desk is at a suitable height for wheelchair users to communicate effectively with staff.
